No Return Policy
At Nightglowe, all sales are considered final once a purchase has been completed and the order has been processed for shipment.
Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after an order has been shipped.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all details are correct.
Nightglowe does not accept returns for:
• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect orders placed by the customer
• Shipping delays
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
• Customs delays or import processing
• Installation-related issues or product misuse
Installation Responsibility
Nightglowe automotive lighting products must be installed according to proper automotive electrical standards.
Nightglowe is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, incorrect wiring, modification of components, or environmental exposure after installation.
Examples include but are not limited to:
• Incorrect power or ground connections
• Improper wiring to vehicle electrical systems
• Damage caused during installation or removal
• Failure to properly secure lighting strips
• Water damage due to improper sealing
• Vehicle electrical incompatibility
Products damaged due to installation error, misuse, or external conditions are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
If troubleshooting assistance is requested, customers may be required to provide clear photos or videos showing the installation, wiring connections, controller module, and affected lighting strips.
If sufficient installation evidence cannot be provided, Nightglowe may be unable to determine product fault and support may be limited.
Damages and Issues
We strive to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition.
If your item arrives defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

• Photos of the packaging
• Photos or video clearly showing the issue
Once the issue is verified, we may issue a replacement item at no additional cost.
Replacements are issued only for verified manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors.
Nightglowe reserves the right to deny replacement requests if the issue appears to be related to installation error, misuse, or external damage.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
All items sold by Nightglowe are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped, including but not limited to:
• Custom or personalized items
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Opened or used products
• Products damaged due to installation or modification
Refunds
Refunds are issued only under limited circumstances, including:
• The order cannot be fulfilled due to inventory availability
• The order was cancelled before fulfillment
• A billing error occurred on our end
• A verified issue cannot be resolved through replacement
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
