Silverado Underglow

The Silverado's ground clearance lets underglow spread wide and read dramatically. Mount the front strips behind the bumper, the sides along the frame rail or under the running boards, and the rears under the rear bumper. Leave a service loop at each strip and keep the wire away from moving suspension. The Crew Cab has the largest headliner and the most room for a dense star field, but every cab works. Smaller cabs concentrate the stars for a brighter look.

Where do I get switched power on a Silverado?
Tap a switched 12V circuit at the underhood fuse block with an add-a-fuse. Do not hardwire to the battery, it will drain it.

Is the underglow okay for a work truck and washing?
Yes, the strips are weatherproof. Leave a service loop of slack and avoid pressure-washing the connectors directly.

Will these kits fit LT, RST, and High Country trims?
