Mercedes-Benz Starlight Headliner and Ambient Lighting

Mercedes-Benz factory starlight headliners are standard on Maybach and high-spec AMG models, but NIGHTGLOWE brings the same effect to every Mercedes at a fraction of dealer pricing. Compatible with C-Class (W205/W206), E-Class (W213), S-Class (W222/W223), GLC, GLE, GLS, CLA, and AMG variants.

Mercedes Starlight Headliner

Mercedes headliners use the same foam-backed fabric construction as other European vehicles, making NIGHTGLOWE fiber optic installation fully compatible. The dual-colour 20W kit gives you independent control over two loom channels, the same concept as Mercedes' own Swarovski crystal headliner but with far more flexibility over color and effect.

The shooting star module is particularly popular on Mercedes because the brand is associated with the original Maybach starlight roof. Running the shooting star at a slow speed (setting 2-3 in the app) gives a very close match to the factory Maybach experience.

Mercedes-specific note: S-Class and GLS models have larger headliner panels. The 1200-strand kit is recommended for these vehicles. C-Class and CLA are well-covered by the 800-strand kit.

Mercedes RGBIC Ambient Lighting

W205/W213 C and E-Class models have a factory 64-color ambient lighting system. NIGHTGLOWE strips install alongside or replace these with full RGBIC chase capability, the factory ambient system only shows one static color at a time. Our strips can be installed in the same channels as the factory lighting.

Yes. The factory starlight is limited to Maybach and top AMG trims. The NIGHTGLOWE fiber-optic kit gives the same effect on any C, E, S, GLC, or GLE with a fabric headliner.

It runs independently with more colors and zones, controlled by app and remote. You can run it alongside the factory system.

Where does the power come from?
